The team is personable. The visual design is professional. When the engagement was going smoothly, communication was responsive and the relationship was positive. That is the full extent of what I can recommend. $16,610 paid across a website build and eight-month SEO programme. When the structural failures emerged commercial content hidden from search engines from day one, a broken contact form for four months, core deliverables marked complete in their own system that had never been done the pattern became consistent and never changed. Friendly responses. Reassurance. Deferral. Not in scope. Next month. When I submitted a formal nine-section evidence package drawn from BRJ's own contracts and internal records, their response was to propose continuing the retainer at $995 per month to complete the outstanding contracted work. Every item in that proposal was already in the original contract. That proposal was their own written admission that eight months of billing had not delivered what was contracted. When I declined and requested a refund, their formal written response claimed the Scope of Work was fully executed. Their own internal documents list the same deliverables as outstanding in April 2026 that were marked complete throughout the engagement. Both documents are BRJ's. Both cannot be true. Not one specific failure was acknowledged. Not one item of evidence was addressed. Mistakes happen in every agency engagement. What defines an agency is what they do when mistakes are documented and presented. This agency's answer across every avenue, verbal and written was to engage with none of it. Before signing, ask specifically what accountability looks like when contracted work is not delivered. That answer matters more than anything in the sales process.

Our project begun in May 2023 and completed in May 2024, during this one year we were so relax as their team was doing their job perfectly. Firstly, came the mobile app development, in which their mobile app development head Mr Azhar Asghar was really helpful and understanding. He was always available to discuss our requirements and implemented the changes without any hesitations, the mobile app team developed a fantastic app for us according to our requirements. The website development was also great and we got a custom design with proper back-end according to our requirements. Lastly, the SEO services were fabulous, the project team members Mr Kashaf Khan and Ms Sidra led by their manager Mr Asghar Paracha were really awesome. They were always there to guide us and suggested the necessary changes. All our keyword rankings KPIs and organic traffic KPIs were met as committed by them. They were the one's who asked us to submit our review.

We took their web development services and after that SEO services, both of our contracts are going well and Digital Gravity team is really awesome. It took around 8 months for our website to get developed on NextJS, we also got a CMS developed on Laravel, which was integrated successfully with the front-end. The project manager Mr Sarim and after that Mr Mohib were really understanding and helpful. After the website delivery, our SEO contract started and we were introduced with Mr Asghar and Mr Kashaf Khan, and I must say that they both are real experts. They proposed keywords accordingly, created strategy and updated us about the issues in the website and got it fixed by their team. The traffic and keyword KPIs are also on track. The website had some issues with the uptime because of the firewall issues on AWS, which were however resolved efficiently by DG's team and our team. The AMC and SEO contract is going on, and we are really happy with their services
