Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis. Troy Web provides an exceptional service with a team that is always available and very knowledgeable.

BHW is hands down the best contract development team I have worked with. They are honest, extremely responsive, detail oriented, talented, and always on schedule with deliveries. We engaged them on a fixed fee development project and upon completion, transitioned to monthly resources to augment our internal development team, so we could maintain the newfound development velocity. Highly recommend them for mobile app & web development as well as design services.

Over the past four years I've worked with BHW on several projects and I am happy to give them my highest possible recommendation. They've done more than just build apps for our organization, they've provided robust and creative solutions to help meet our business needs, and it is no exaggeration to say that these solutions have played a crucial role in our rapid growth. The BHW team is friendly, responsive, and professional; and not only do they really know the technology, but more importantly, from our point of view, they know how to best apply the right technology to our particular environment. As mentioned, they have my highest recommendation and I'm sure we plan to continue working with them for years to come.

Highly recommended, quality work. Our organization has partnered with The BHW Group for over seven years. They create highly successful applications, specific to our needs.Speaking as a developer myself, the code produced by their team is clean and simple to read, making it easy to update the project as needed by our own internal development group.

I looked into different solutions for Analytics & dashboards for our organization to help senior leadership make informed decisions based on dispersed data we harness in various systems.Being a Microsoft shop, narrowed the choice down to Power BI as a tool to design key dashboards. After talking to different vendors to assist us with this project, we decided to work with Whitecap. It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards.Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables.Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance.Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required.I would highly recommend Whitecap!

I recently had my website and brand rebuilt by Sam and I couldn’t be happier. He was so easy to work with and unbelievably quick. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The whole process felt seamless and supported. I’m thrilled with the final result and highly recommend working with him.
