This company has been a great partner for my Amazon store, Holey Pillows. TechNovaTime was able to boost our website's visibility on search engines with killer SEO strategies. It took time, but it worked. The company has highly discriminatory policies, creating an unfair and biased work environment. There is absolutely no job security-employees are let go without transparent reasons or proper communication. The management lacks accountability, and there's a clear disregard for employee well-being. I would not recommend working here if you're looking for a stable and respectful workplace. They only hire freshers and don’t value mid senior employees and provoke them to resign.
