Yes They gave me an opportunity to learn and build career in development. I learnt here and worked around 4 years. After that I got better opportunity, after serving around 4 years here and also served 1.5 months notice period as well. They didn’t allow me to join new company because 15 days left in contract. So I left the company without serving 15 days more notice period. I worked hard here, even owner knows about it. In cabin he shouted badly on me so that I made my decision to left the company. I’m changing my rating form 1 star to 5 because I found mentors and guidance in Wedig. Wedig has talented staff.Thank you Wedig.

I got an interview call from hiring team of a UI/UX designer. They took my first round over google meet. Then provide an assignment and i draft it on time, then they expect me to do few changes. Again i made it so hard to got select.I was expecting a call from HR but not get any call from their end then i call to HR they said you will get shortlisted and get a call from our-side soon. They after 2 more days i do a call to the team they they said the profile is on hold because of a project issue. It seems very unprofessional because if you hire someone and like their work then suddenly you hold the position.Suggestion to the hiring team : Please don't waste anybody time if you are not hiring .

Excellent and value for money. I've done up 5-6 websites up before, each time with different vendors and honestly this is by far the best web development experience. Super smooth and structured process. They have good taste on design, and have great technical knowledge. I didn't have to do much directive revisions, as Susan has an eye for detail and understands the requirements from get-go. At the end, we had such a smooth handover + training process for our company. So grateful for the over and beyond service, thank you Susan and team!!! :)

I recently found an idea to start an online platform to sell baby items, from newborn to the age of 3. I was looking for some ideas on the internet and following my research, I came in contact with this firm. I took a basic consultancy and how they explained the process was just amazing. By finalizing the deal, we start the project. After a while, my online store got an existence. They helped me while providing post development services. Now, my store is a well-known platform in my targeted area to purchase all baby products. I want to thank every team member who supported me in the process.Kudos to the team!

Tibicle developed a mobile app for us aimed at automating and improving our recruitment process. Their work covered everything from initial discovery workshops and defining requirements to designing the UI/UX, developing both the backend and mobile apps, and handling QA and deployment.Key deliverables included an AI engine that parses and matches resumes to open roles, a chatbot that pre-screens candidates and updates their profiles based on responses, and smart interview scheduling integrated with Google Calendar and Outlook. They also built a video interview feature where candidates record responses that are analyzed for sentiment, and an analytics dashboard that provides insights into metrics like time-to-hire, diversity data, and candidate drop-off rates. The app offers customizable hiring workflows, push notifications, and automated candidate updates to improve engagement. Tibicle managed the entire process from start to finish and provided post-launch support. Overall, they delivered a solution that significantly streamlined our hiring operations.

MIHAI SIMONA Review from Google

MIHAI SIMONA's Review Sourced from Google

Thecon company with 2 employees who took advantage of my urgent need for a website and tricked me with a website that any student would make for free. They "worked" on it for a month, while I paid a significant amount. Pay close attention to the Contract because it doesn't include anything that was discussed at the beginning! I order something and wake up with something else and the reply "it's not in the contract". They promised me a temporary presentation website (FREE) while they work on the contracted website, "it'll be done in an hour" and I haven't received anything to this day (I come back to the statement, I received it in my money account), not to mention the contracted website (an archive of a few MB, yes they worked hard and took a month on it), then they claim that the money paid is for the presentation website. Everything I asked them for in the first discussion, they now say that it can be done, but with other money, "money sent in advance (the entire contracted amount) was spent, because work was done" - on a template bought online. The discussion was initially held with an employee, who then placed us with another employee saying that he had sent everything to his colleague, that he was on vacation and could not handle it. The second employee (I understood that I am not allowed to disclose their names although everyone should know who they work with), sent a framework contract with an appendix and a link, I thought that was what I had discussed (there is a document with my requests written by the first employee I discussed with), if I knew what that link represented and what they meant in the appendix, I was an IT engineer and I would make my own website. Both employees admitted that they had never made a website like that before, they only made online stores, then I found out. Focusing on fonts and colors, because that was important! The site in the dual currency of lei and euro, was not important! The submenus were not important! The arrangement on the page was not important! ETC! I did not comment on the price from the beginning, it could have been anything the first time, but then you say that "you still need money for this and that", "it can be done but you need a new site and that costs double"! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!I WILL ALSO EDIT YOUR ANSWER FOR YOUR ANSWER TO OUR REVIEW:-"including all the information discussed" IS NOT TRUE! NOTHING OF WHAT WE DISCUSSED ON AUG. WAS ATTACHED TO THE CONTRACT.-"on October 10th, communication became more difficult, and your requirements changed significantly from those initially agreed upon" I SAW THAT NOTHING OF WHAT WE ASKED IN THE INITIAL DOCUMENT WAS RESPECTED, WHICH WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT, AND IT IS NORMAL THAT WE NO LONGER UNDERSTAND-"The template used was customized according to the initial requirements, and any additional changes requested later involved additional costs. THERE WAS NOTHING OF WHAT WE ASKED IN THE FIRST TIME, WE DID NOT REQUEST ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES TO WHAT WE ASKED IN THE FIRST DOCUMENT/DISCUSSION. WE ASKED FOR A TOTAL PRICE FOR A FUNCTIONAL SITE ACCORDING TO THE DISCUSSION, TO WHICH WE ALSO ADDED (AGAINST NORMAL COST!) SOME MORE OFFERS FROM OTHER COMPANIES OF A FEW THOUSAND EUROS (money that came to you for the work done), THE FIRST EMPLOYEE DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND THAT, RIGHT? BUT YOU STILL TRY TO MISLEAD US WITH A CONTRACT THAT DOESN'T RESPECT ANYTHING WE ASKED FOR. WITH A STUDENT SITE WITH SOME FUNCTIONALITIES.YOU'RE RIGHT, WE SIGNED A CONTACT NOT KNOWING WHAT ANNEX 1 WITH THE LINK AND TERMS OF IT REPRESENTED, TO WHICH THE FIRST DOCUMENT WITH THE DISCUSSION AND OUR REQUESTS WAS NOT ATTACHED.
