We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I had a program that needed a complete overhaul. I had hired somebody that came highly recommended from another department. One of the improvements I was trying to achieve was told to be impossible without a complete database overhaul. I reached out to an outside manager that confirmed this as well. I could not complete the project with the previous group. I then reached out to CyberMedics, without exaggeration, by the time I explained to them my "impossible" request, they were able to not only come up with a solution, they implemented it.
