I worked at Decode for about a year, and during that time I had the chance to meet many wonderful colleagues who helped me grow professionally and learn new skills. Because of the nature of my role, I also had the chance to collaborate with clients across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, and even visit some of them in person. The team I worked with was everything you could hope for - driven, proactive, and always willing to jump in and help. The development teams I was part of were well-balanced in both skills and personalities, led by highly experienced engineers who lead by example. Beyond the projects themselves, the company culture stands out. People are friendly, and the leadership is focused on sustainable growth while supporting employees development. Decode isn’t afraid to promote talent and encourage people to step outside their comfort zones in order to grow. The office is also in one of the best business neighborhoods in Croatia, with plenty of variety for employees nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Decode as a great place to work!
