They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone.
