Exceptional Team.This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you.I recommend Black Ops Agency.Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles.From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent.One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST.They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.*-------------------Additional details from our experience:Pros:-We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone.
