It was a smooth experience working with Global Media Desk. I had to organise a global video project involving 7 cities. I had set up production in 4 locations with my own contacts but I needed urgent support in 3 other locations (Hong Kong, Signapore and Dallas) as deadlines were fast approaching. I worked with Javier from the GMD team who was very responsive and managed to find production crews in each location within an appropriate budget. The crews were all nice people who understood the brief, we set up group chats with all of them and the shoots went successfully.I'd recommend to any person who is working on big video productions across multiple locations because they saved a lot of hassle with cost + planning.

We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage. Films by Farallon was excellent to work with from start to finish.Their communication was clear and timely throughout the pre-production process, and they executed exactly to spec on shoot day. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office.Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. They were flexible and collaborative in thinking through solutions for large file delivery and made the process easy on our end.The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.
