We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Jerry swooped in and did an amazing job. Instant film was completed and sent over the night of the wedding. Ceremony film was done within the week. Amazing turnaround speed and fantastic quality. Our experience with Highline Studios was amazing. They do incredible work. They were at the customer site before we arrived, shooting drone footage and setting up, and stayed after we had to leave for the airport (we are based in San Francisco) to make sure we had great footage and b-roll. Unfortunately payment for her time on set did not go as smoothly, and we are still waiting a month later. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office.Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage.
