Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.

Studio Rental: We recently rented Impact Media’s studio space for some client interviews. It was a great space! They had it prepped for us on arrival. They have a great conference/green room right next door so the talent could be comfortable while we set up. Even though it was not the largest space it’s organized and efficient set up and we were able to fit a two camera interview against a solid backdrop.Overall the Impact team was hospitable and constantly checked in if we needed anything. We recently hired Knack Video + Photo for a photo and b-roll shoot, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I came in with a clear vision and a detailed inspiration board, and they nailed it.
