This was the first time in 13 years to have our family photos taken. We could not have picked better photographers to photograph our family. They took the most detailed pictures and used perfect lighting and angles to capture the love in our family. The editing was absolutely perfect. Delivery was fast and easy. I wasn’t going to say anything, but this place is so out of touch. For a juneteenth celebration the white lady who works there thought a picture of fried chicken with the words freedom would’ve been a good/acceptable ad campaign for a business I work closely with. Not to mention some of the things I’ve heard regarding how they treat their employees and they have no HR department. Well they do, but the HR lady is the bosses sister so…yeah…avoid this place at all costs.

NEVER HEARD BACK What I truly feel what happened was, my project was not big enough for Studio Brand Collective. During my call with them when I explained my project details, they asked what was my budget? If you don't tell them you're budget is below $10,000, your info most likely gets thrown in the trash and you NEVER HERE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Merit Productions is truly top notch. I've used them for severl professional projects over the years as well as a personal photo shoot for my daughter with Scott. Professionally, they deliver outstanding work and always on time. While I am likely not their biggest client based on their online portfolio (like whoa! They do some big name business.), they always make me feel like we are. The studio sessions with Scott are also really amazing and he has always made my daughter feel very comfortable. He has done professional headshots for me as well which turned out better than expected. All around, I would not every hesitate to use them for our future projects.

We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far. Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism. The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10
