If I could give more stars, I would. I recently worked with Corduroy on two separate documentary-style video series. Both projects involved challenging and complicated content, quick timelines, and a lot of creative problem solving. Corduroy blew me out of the water with their energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and their willingness to educate themselves and become deeply familiar with our programming and the subject matter before the process had even begun. Not only that, but they were incredible listeners - always genuinely asking for and receiving feedback, and looking to me and my team as the experts on the subject matter of the videos. Working with Corduroy felt like a real creative partnership in a way that it hasn't always with other video production companies I've worked with. And, to top it all off, they are wildly talented. The videos they produced for us are incredibly beautiful - the footage is gorgeous, they hit all the perfect key points, and the videos are educational and effective at teaching as much as they are inspiring and moving. The team is a joy to work with and talented to boot - can't recommend them highly enough!

Before working with IMPACT, we were stuck trying to make marketing work on our own. I had read They Ask, You Answer (the previous version of Endless Customers) and believed in the principles, but doing it DIY wasn’t producing results. We were writing articles here and there, posting inconsistently, and missing clear calls to action. The content wasn’t building trust or generating the kind of sales opportunities we needed. In just one year, our website traffic grew by 18% at a time when many companies are seeing declines. More importantly, our sales opportunities nearly tripled and grew even more when we only count qualified trucking companies. That growth allowed us to hire a salesperson for the first time in four years, which freed our content manager to focus fully on building quality articles, videos, and new tools. The experience of working with IMPACT has been excellent. The coaching team brings accountability and guidance without overwhelming us. The conferences and community have also been a big part of our journey, giving us ideas, tools, and connections that make implementation easier. I would recommend IMPACT to any business that wants to stop guessing at marketing and start building trust that translates into real sales opportunities.
