UI/UX Design Review from Ron Williams
DesignX helped us revamp the entire UI/UX of our patient portal. Initially, we had a couple of meetings, during which my team showed DesignX our current design assets. Then, they created some UI/UX design mock-ups based on what we wanted and focused on the platforms ease of use.
Throughout the project, we went back and forth with DesignX team to discuss things we wanted to change. DesignX gave us different variations and versions of the UI/UX designs and let us pick between them.
We recently finished implementing the UI/UX designs that DesignX created for us, so we launched our new portal recently. Thus far, we've received a few positive reviews from our patients on it. They're very happy with the new platform, as it looks much nicer and much cleaner, and its also easier to use. Additionally, we were absolutely pleased with the quality of the work we received.
