We are very happy with DesignX. Our website is far better than what we had earlier. The site layout is cleaner and direct. There are no more broken processes. The number of users who dropped off from the purchase journey is reduced. DesignX was calm and patient throughout the workflow. They are willing to challenge us on our justification on the meaning and reason for putting in fields that require the user to fill in. Overall we are happy with DesignX. As we have to drop many old assumptions and school of thoughts in order to digitize the user buying experience.Before DesignX, our testing is filled with surprises and frustrations. Our old vendor would take months to develop a prototype. When it comes to testing, we have throw out pretty much everything as our old vendor did not understand our needs. With DesignX, we know exactly what we are getting into with the mock screens. With the mock screens, the turnaround time went from months to weekly. The backend development work only starts upon sign off. This saves the company development cost.

We started DesignX off with a small trial project based on one discrete component of our application to get their thoughts on how they would redesign and rearchitect it. We used design contractors in the past, so we gave DesignX a lot of our existing design assets. We also gave them a tour and full access to our application and trained them on our tools. They've done a lot of projects for us; today, we have 34 projects going at once. The previous version of the app had a poor UI and wasn't intuitive. We brought on DesignX a few years ago and they started with some initial wireframes for some concepts. Our site just launched a few weeks ago, but so far the on page experience metrics are very promising. More time on site, more pages per visit, and more events. One of the main reasons we wanted them to do this assessment was to validate the direction we were taking. Were very happy with the work DesignX did.They worked to validate one small part of our migration to a new web presence. We were developing a website, which is a small piece of our process to build a web presence. The team directed an evaluation of our platform and gave us recommendations to put us on the right track.First, we reviewed their approach to the tests and their timetable. We developed a heuristic evaluation and a user interview. For the heuristic portion, their team created a report based on the evaluation and noted three areas for improvement. We had a person on site who was the focal point for the user testing work. Our team selected users based on our target segments and they supplied some of their non-expert users. Their team facilitated users through the process detailed in the proposal.Lastly, they extracted the point of view of different users, which were reported. The project started with an initial conversation where we walked DesignX through what we were trying to accomplish.
