I wouldn't recommend this company if I'd known sooner (she called as a representative of Alior Bank, which confused me, but when she started asking strange questions, I realized something was wrong). I don't recommend contacting this company.

Intelliswift is a great contracting agency! My client representative is Jyothi, and she helped me land a great job when I really needed it. Throughout the process, she checked in frequently and helped push my paperwork through quickly (less than 2 weeks).After starting my role, she made the extra effort to meet and chat to get to know me, and vice versa. This is a very rare quality, as my previous contracting agency only met the bare minimum of communication with me.Moreover, payroll and HR are very responsive as well. I had a 1:1 orientation so I was able to have all my questions answered. Overall, a great company to be engaged with.

I am constantly receiving emails stating shops are available to me. Tesla is an example. When checking, this shop never appears on the list. Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown.Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. But that doesn’t stop the repeated notifications they send offering the assignments. Doesn’t anyone parse these emails before wasting time sending them out to shoppers that they know, from our profiles, are not eligible to accept.Makes one wonder.

Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition.Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates.The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004.Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.

My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader.We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.
