The knowledge of those responsible for preparing employees for the job is also at a high level. A very chaotic conversation, with an arrogant woman who struggles to name the company she works for. Her voice is filled with dissatisfaction and disrespect. I wouldn't recommend this company if I'd known sooner (she called as a representative of Alior Bank, which confused me, but when she started asking strange questions, I realized something was wrong). I don't recommend contacting this company.

I worked here for 3 months and my experience was (contrary to the reviews below) very nice, easy going. The management accommodated my personal circumstances and provided ease into adapting to the role, support was always available as well as humour and banter from colleagues. Perfect transition job from hospitality to office roles. Bonus points for progressing employees internally to higher roles accordingly.

How did managers help with a transfer of service for a customer who left review.Because at managements rule is to never disclose that they are calling from at management,they are only to represent and use their clients name. What’s even funnier is this customer was considered special from the rest. They were not only informed it was at management dealing with their service but they even knew the real names of the managers.Another common practice is staff and managers mostly use a dummy name not their real. But in this case even that info was provided to the customer. Must be a special customer that the normal practices were broken for them and they from millions of customers even took the time to write a review lol . Everyone laugh with me.
