I have had the worst experience with Answering Service Care. They had problems signing me up with google voice never completing the onboarding but still charging monthly. I called several times to resolve issue and they keep sending bills. I do not like to leave negative reviews but need to warn others about this business. They are not professional. Go anywhere else.

I worked here for 3 months and my experience was (contrary to the reviews below) very nice, easy going. How did managers help with a transfer of service for a customer who left review.Because at managements rule is to never disclose that they are calling from at management,they are only to represent and use their clients name. What’s even funnier is this customer was considered special from the rest. They were not only informed it was at management dealing with their service but they even knew the real names of the managers.Another common practice is staff and managers mostly use a dummy name not their real. But in this case even that info was provided to the customer. Must be a special customer that the normal practices were broken for them and they from millions of customers even took the time to write a review lol . Everyone laugh with me.
