At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING). They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far. Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism. The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10

Watching his videos, I knew that he understood not only that a website should look good, but that it should be able to take your website visitor on a journey to take the next step. Working with the project manager Sammy, and the designer Leah was so smooth. They took the time to understand the message I wanted to convey and aligned both the design and text copy. The new website has now launched and I’m already seeing in uptick in the time people Spend on my site and the number of calls that I am getting. We just started working with Sher Agency this year, but it has been a wonderful experience so far. Led by Sammy and Leah, they designed and launched a new website for us that is a phenomenal upgrade. The look is modern, the language is clear and direct, and it matches the vision we gave them very well. Please note that this process will take time - it took 2.5 to 3 months for ours. I was under the false impression that it would be faster. Axel has been working with us on updates since then, and he is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. We had some immediate changes that needed to be made, and he jumped on them the same day until everything was correct. Bum-Soo has started working on our Google Ads, and he knows his stuff. He suggested some great changes and explained clearly why they were needed. The results of Google Ads and SEO are yet to be seen - I will have a better idea after a few months. This team is professional, hungry to do a good job, and provides excellent service overall. They are pricey - but there is a HUGE difference between their work and what you get hiring someone for a lot less on Fiverr. Would recommend.
