This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity. - in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

Extremely disappointing experience with Nayatel's installation service. What should have been a simple process turned into days of frustration, repeated excuses, and false commitments. The team kept calling with promises that the installation would be completed "today" or "tomorrow," yet nothing happened. Every day brought a new excuse, and no one seemed interested in providing accurate information or resolving the issue. The lack of coordination, poor communication, and constant delays made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. Customers should not have to chase a company for updates after already being promised a service. Nayatel seriously needs to improve its installation process and customer service standards. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I recently attended an interview with Denave for a Talent Acquisition role, and it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer Shalini (Global HR) demonstrated a lack of professionalism throughout the session. I felt I was not given a fair chance to express myself, as the interviewer appeared more interested in steering the conversation to her preferences. Additionally, I was surprised by her comments about my career transitions, especially since her profile suggests similar patterns. The session was further marred by poor etiquette, such as answering phone calls during the interview. Terrible Customer Service! Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. My four businesses have been going here for over 10 years at this point. Something must have changed in the last year or so because they do not do a good job and don't care about you as a loyal customer and refuse to help you. Their shipping has failed multiple times, and when you ask for help, they either have no answers or can't do anything. I spoke with a manager, he promised to follow up and never did. He told me he’d send a email and update me, that never happened. On top of that, he raised his voice at me, which was totally out of line. There are far better options out there. We found a company that did the same job for nearly $100 less, with free shipping. We got it rushed too! And was still cheaper! Avoid this place if you value your time, events, and money. And if their shipping messes up, good luck getting help from Got Print, they will do absolutely NOTHING to help you out. To them that’s just not their responsibility. They ruined a part of our event for their incompetence when I did everything I was supposed to do ordering. And even if shipping messed up, you still have a responsibility to help. I’m sure I’ll get some boiler plate response from them because I’m sure they’re too lazy to even do proper customer service. I’m not gonna call you back, you’ve lost my businesses and all my friends businesses.

I was hesitant with all the terrible reviews I read, but I needed a foam board for a bridal shower welcome sign and Got Print was half the price from staples AND it was printed double sided which I needed since I’m hanging it from a rack that will see it on both sides. I also was close enough to Burbank where I could pick up and avoid the delivery chaos. So I figured I’d roll the dice. Staples was charging double and only single sided. This came out perfect!! Photos show my digital design and then the final product. Just what I needed. Thank you Got Print! I ordered at 8:50pm on July 1st and this was ready for pick up at 12pm on July 3rd. So fast (I did pay a few bucks more for rush production and for the drilled holes on top to hang with ribbon) but total was $42. Will be using again!

It's undependable at this point and I'll no longer be using this company. ////// I've used this company a few times now for business cards and appreciate their speed. The consistency of the cuts could be better, but I don't have a large sample size to compare the quality of their cuts vs other companies... maybe it's as good as it gets. I have to knock off one star because of the shipping cost. For 600 business cards, their cheapest shipping option was over $19...

I have all the design artwork for an old brochure except that it is in quark express for a macintosh machine. So it needs some effort and work to upload it and then update it into high resolution pdf (I am told). You would have thought that The Graphic Design House of Bishop's Printers with all their expertise either would be able to do this and if not, know how and where it could be done. The person I dealt with could not have been more unhelpful and only wanted to reconstruct the whole brochure from new. I could go anywhere for that. They lost a £1000 order because of it.
