My contact person is Jamal Thiem, who did not only help me scale e-mail marketing, but also stands out in thinking along and finding new and creative solutions to get an optimal marketing mix. Over the years he was not only a contact person, but also gained a lot of knowledge on the markets we operate on which allowed him to stay on top of changes and therefore was able to navigate and implement new ideas in a fast and efficient way. This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity.- in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

Would give a zero star if I could. This company called three times in as many weeks, knew my name and refused to say where they got my number. Very aggressive manner, insisting I sign up for some report about how AI could help my business. Even when I declined, the callers kept suggesting I consider it. I was targeted because I have the word “manager” in my job title, according to all three callers. So….lazy scattergun approach to drum up sales. Most unprofessional.Update: called two days later to repeat the exercise. I referred the caller to the most recent one, but said he was unaware of the other person calling me.Formal complaint to Spark now logged to have them blocked permanently.

The Deosebit-Service team is not only professionals in their field, but also simply good and responsive people who are ready to sacrifice their personal time in case of an emergency, which in this case happened to us, and are ready to act with lightning speed and make the necessary changes to the site when the company’s reputation is at stake. Price - quality - people - excellent!This is not to mention the fact that, probably, like most customers, we did not quite understand and know the specifics of the sites and how it should ultimately look. The guys suggested what was best, we still asked to show what would happen if we did it the way we wanted? They did, but in the end they still returned to their version as the most logical, laconic, stylish and top-end =)))I recommend their efficiency and great taste!Our site turned out great - beautiful, functional and informative, we really hope that all our difficulties (not dependent on Deosebit-service) will be left behind and this travel portal will be widely available, it’s a shame to hide such beauty, we are very pleased with the result of our joint work! =)

Extremely disappointing experience with Nayatel's installation service. What should have been a simple process turned into days of frustration, repeated excuses, and false commitments.The team kept calling with promises that the installation would be completed "today" or "tomorrow," yet nothing happened. Every day brought a new excuse, and no one seemed interested in providing accurate information or resolving the issue.The lack of coordination, poor communication, and constant delays made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. Customers should not have to chase a company for updates after already being promised a service. Nayatel seriously needs to improve its installation process and customer service standards. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I did some work with Feld on a commercial shoot in October 2024. I was never paid. I tried contacting them through email, phone and the contact form on their website. The only people who got back to me were freelancers who were contracted for the shoot, some of whom said that they hadn't been paid either.
