When we first met Bake, we were quite wary. We thought that, after all, for 15 years we'd been doing it ourselves and had always found the ideas and skills to communicate with our clients and associates internally. Then, almost against our will, they created a new logo and a coordinated graphic design for all our publications, presentations, images, reels, and anything else we could think of. It took us no more than ten minutes to decide to adopt the new logo, despite our affection for the old one. Furthermore, without ever lecturing us, they began to explain and make us understand the effectiveness of intelligent communication through media and the web and how easy it is to throw money away without achieving results. They expertly follow us on social media and constantly monitor our results. They're always ready to create new graphics or develop new ideas. I must confess that sometimes I'm a little afraid to share even a half-baked idea, because the next day Daniele or Massimiliano send me proposals for how to implement it. To close with a metaphor, I must admit that communicating with Bake Agency's expertise today allows us to effectively reach and communicate with our potential clients, making the most of the available media. By comparison, our previous work was a bit like leaning out the window and shouting into a megaphone. A heartfelt thank you also for your patience in explaining and sometimes re-explaining what we don't understand.

Our team at Citadel AI worked with Bento Graphics on a full redesign of our company website, and we were quite impressed with their work! There aren’t many agencies in Japan that can design websites in English and Japanese, and we were impressed by Bento Graphics’ track record working on bilingual projects and with other tech companies. The team at Bento Graphics was collaborative and efficiently managed the entire process across wireframes, Figma mockups, animation storyboards, and implementation. They kept our team updated during regular check-ins and incorporated our design input and business requirements throughout the process, and we were able to successfully hit our target launch date. After launch, Bento Graphics helped us monitor each page on the new website for unexpected issues, and trained our team so we can effectively maintain the website over time. Contrary to what the name might suggest, Mainostoimisto Speciaali uses ready-made project files/templates purchased online in its client work, from which they mostly only change the text, even though they claim to do it themselves. In practice, anyone can buy the same template for a few tens of euros and change the texts. Speciaali also used at least one very questionable and shady method in "search engine optimization" of its pages by spamming Twitter. I would also like to point out that, apart from the FWA public vote, the "awards" received by Speciaali are the work of A.I. Global Media Limited, known for its paid fake awards. Speciaali's website previously also listed Google, Facebook, Google Street View, Google Analytics and Google Ads as clients. I strongly suspect that these giant companies have 1) given Speciaali permission to use their logo or 2) purchased services from Speciaali. I would stay away for these reasons, as there are much more honest creators who don't pressure the customer into believing they are special and use ready-made templates (which are something completely different from "special", especially when a competitor releases a similar promotional video).
