They have been designing, manufacturing, deploying and servicing locker systems worldwide since 1995 and provide customized locker solutions to: Water parks, Theme parks, Grocery click-and-collect, Staff lockers and many more. When Coles supermarket approached them with certain specific needs, they thought it’s the right time to expand and diversify their existing family locker business a little further than just providing paid locker services.
Fingent proposed a solution that provides Vlocker’s users with more options for their package delivery while solving its existing efficiency challenges. People could conveniently receive orders at a specific place without having to be there physically. A web-based solution helped them track, control and take care of deliveries more efficiently. Apart from the order delivery service, the web solution also addresses other Vlocker services, like V-Laundry, V-Rental, V-grocery etc.

After launching the first version of the MVP and receiving user feedback, Hive Social decided to take the product to the next level. We’ve cooperated with Hive Social development partner — KindGeek to dig deeply into every aspect of the product.

The app is an easy to use, customizable solution for any event or conference. It is extremely beneficial to event organizers who are looking for an interactive way to connect with attendees. The app was built in such a way that it contains generic modules that are common for most events. These modules can be tweaked, themed and modified to make it appear event-specific. An event organizer can obtain access to the app's CMS to manage the event or conference. The app helps attendees plan their time at the event by letting them look up information about a program or session, view the list of speakers and add it to their calendar if it interests them. It also lets them interact with other attendees in real time via the app. In addition to its standard features, what makes the app a great asset to event organizers is its ability to engage attendees by communicating with the beacons placed throughout the event space and pushing contextual content to the attendee’s device.

Mobilism is a large US website with 94,000 unique users per day. It is popular among users for the ability to share apps, books and games for mobile devices. People can publish or find useful contents there. Our goal was to create an Android app for this forum, to make it a convenient and user-friendly forum.

Mobilism is a very complex site and includes different parts: marketplace, social platform, messaging system, etc. Creating a design which would incorporate all of its aspects is rather difficult. We needed to make the best out of what we had.

MWTM is a web platform (https://mixwiththemasters.com/) that contains audio/video materials with the most important producers from the music industry. The content of the videos are tutorials about music production. Beside the video material, in this project are also implemented periodic meetings (webinars / seminars) that are paid and programmed through the site.
Security was an important aspect and we use latest technologies such as CDN, HLS to ensure smooth streaming and having also the content encrypted. For transcoding process of videos Amazon Transcode service was used, which also encrypted the content. The process was scalable and easy to setup and maintain. Content was uploaded at 2k quality, then the service transcoded to 3 different resolutions that the video player can switch automatically based on user bandwidth available.
An API (based on Drupal 7 Services module) was built for native mobile applications and the content is securely streamed directly from Amazon S3.  
All content (text, videos, images) is managed from a CMS based on Drupal 7 and delivered to all 3 clients: web browser, iOS and Android native applications.
The web application includes a cart system for purchasing training courses using Stripe and Paypal payment gateways.
The project also includes 2 native mobile applications for Android and iOS written in Kotlin and Swift. On the mobile applications, streamed videos are stored and made available offline as well. The downloaded files are encrypted using a key storage management system, therefore cannot be accessed outside the application.

Mobile Sales Tool for Field Service Managers & Regional Distributors

Problem
The customer is a high-tech equipment producer, providing the entire range of supply, installation and maintenance services to its buyers. The company has a large network of regional distributors and field service managers, who required a flexible and convenient tool to serve clients and sync on updated supply information while out of the office. Singulart team was recommended by one of its partners as a good fit for the job.

Solution
Our team took up the task. We developed a mobile app for remote access to data about supplies and for support of the sales process out of the office and on the go. We developed iOS and Android apps and integrated them with an existing internal platform and the client’s stock management system. With the app, field managers and regional representatives could retrieve data on updated inventory availability, use marketing and presentation material to showcase the company’s products and services, and order equipment in real time.

Result
The company has been able to engage new regional representatives with the app, increased its sales and expanded its market presence. The management and office employees have all necessary information about sales and deliveries at hand, and sales and field service staff can work remotely without any constraints.
