I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

Our firm just transitioned our phone system to a new carrier with all new equipment. Automates provided tech support for the building in which we lease space. Automates' technician, Mike P, did an incredible job of getting us through the process. He always arrived early, was able to quicky diagnose and navigate the various glitches that inevitably arise in these projects. He also made himself readily available between on-site visits to help answer questions. He was professional, courteous and did a great job interacting with the service provider as well as our personnel. It was a refreshing departure from the level of service we have encountered from other tech support companies in the past. Good service deserves recognition and we certainly received it on this this project.

We met with a few IT companies in Omaha but EGiS was BY FAR the best company we've ever worked with. From Day 1, Graham and Patrick showed up and started fixing things, literally while just standing there, observing our equipment. We thought we had an O-K network set up before we met them but now we are running at top speed. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend. Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity. Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support. Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.

We have done countless large-scale projects with them and are very impressed with how much effort is put into making sure the end goal is met to satisfaction, staying on track with the quoted cost projections. They stay up to date with the ever-changing technological world, and make sure our data stays safe and secure at all times. We could not do what with do with confidence, without the team at DQ behind us every step of the way. We highly recommend their services!
