Extremely poor experience during recruitment process. It only indicated how they treat people inside the company. They force job applicants to do time-consuming tasks, and then they send very vague feedback. In EU this kind of practice is called unpaid consulting, and can be penalised by Fair Trade Organization. I recommend to think twice before doing business with Netguru Poland :)

Our marketing team had a fantastic experience with Modal Digital as they worked with us to get the brand new version of our website up and running. The new site took some time to build as there is over 100+ pages but we got there in the end and it's looking absolutely brilliant! Modal's quote was on the higher side after we spoke with a few different agencies during the discovery phase but they 100% proved why paying that extra bit would be worth it in the long run offering us a way higher return on investment than we could have ever imagine even just within the first 3 months of our new site going live! I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.
