I have over 8 years of experience in communicating with the clients, determining their needs and matching them with the most appropriate offers. Also, I have contributed to the visibility and reputation of SoftTecos brand and has incorporated marketing strategy that resulted in increased conversion

I joined SoftTeco at the end of 2018. The beginning of 2020 brought the COVID-19 pandemic so I had to act more like a combination of a CEO and a crisis manager. On the bright side, since autumn 2020, the company is seeing extremely vast geographial growth. We opened offices in several countries

As the Co-Founder of the company, my responsibilities include making core business decisions, formulating the companys strategy, ensuring high quality management, and facilitating my team to provide the best possible products and services.

As a CTO, I am glad to see the company growing and enhancing its presence in the global digital market. With over 500 people on the team, SoftTeco is already a recognized software development provider and we will continue expanding the team and the list of our projects.
