We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Been really impressed with all the work Acebuddy have done for us. They've been brilliant for start to finish of our web build, and very good at aftercare, resolving issues well after they handed the site over to us.In particular their web programming services/software development services have been fantastic - they helped us with API integration for the DesignMyNight table booking tool and built out a tool which allowed us to publish alerts on our website informing customers of private event closures etc. These two changes helped create huge efficiencies, and helped us generate more revenue. The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet.
