Have zero understanding of business and lack ethics(for instance some of the reviewer names who gave 5 star rating for their services is their employees)..They submit half done shoddy work and don't respond. They are exorbitant for the quality of the work They deliver. We have signed up on complete package right from branding, website design, packaging and product video and none of the work was completely delivered except for branding playbook which is logo and color pallette . Rest all we needed to redo it.What's even worse is they did a shoddy job and when we gave feedback for improvement they said they don't have the skill to do it and raised an invoice for the manhours they put(this is after paying money).so please beware of this agency and recommend not to hire them. I wish I could give a zero rating. "
