6 months and $3,000 later my website finally went live (with issues) and they continued to make unauthorized charges on my account after I expressed my concerns for the delay in services. If you got the same excuse of your developer going on medical leave in the middle of the project... you're not alone, mines went on maternity leave and I wasn't informed of the pause for about a month. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch. The quality of services is unacceptable and I'm completely disappointed in falling for the overpromise under deliver. I honestly feel ripped off at this point, so proceed with caution!

Equal Design started with good design process and elicited all of the needed workflow decision making up front. From the time the contract started to when I had workflows to review was under a week.Despite being in very different time zones they were very responsive to change requests and making prompt updates.There were no communication issues with any of the workflows or screens - very minor tweaks to grammar and wording, but otherwise most of the generated screen text was correct the first time.UI design was also prompt - upon approving the workflows we rapidly had several different design approaches to choose from. From the approved workflows they quickly had all of the application screens generated including several animations. After some back and forth we had a full mobile app UI/UX design in a matter of weeks.I would totally recommend Equal Design and would work with them again.

We came to VMV with a difficult project: transitioning from agency to e-com, without even having a name for the new entity.
