I cancelled my account in Jan 2025. They started billing me in December 2025 with no authorization. I contacted them, they apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and then billed me two more times in the same month. They operate outside ethical and moral guidelines.

I was skeptical at first because I've been burned by SEO guys before who promise the world and disappear after you pay. A friend of mine who does HVAC referred me to Miguel and honestly I'm glad he did. Within a couple months I started getting calls from people who found me on Google. Nothing crazy but enough to notice. He's straightforward, doesn't talk in circles like most of these marketing people, and actually knows the roofing business which surprised me.
