Perhaps there are other things they do well. We hired 829 to build our website & it was by far one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever faced. Staff was incompetent & condescending for good measure. They took a year and change to deliver a site that is horrifyingly unstable. Horrible. Edit: so many 5 star reviews should make one suspicious. They gave me more attention in an effort to get me to delete this review than when we genuinely needed it. Really horrible organization and I use my experience with them often as a cautionary tale. To recap: 829 offered services they were unqualified to deliver, overcharged for those and spent more time trying to upsell and pad their team with as many warm bodies as they could charge us for. Still salty about it…

Our team chose 829 after interviewing many agencies for the complete rebrand, new website build, SEO improvements, and PR guidance and strategy. Collaborating on the design of the website was surprisingly productive, we needed one or two additional rounds then was first planned and we ended up with a design we all agreed delivered on the requested notes. From brand to website, clean and fresh aesthetic. Our SEO performance was immediately light years improved and continued to grow. Working with 1SEO started off on a positive note. The initial stages of building our website and setting up ad campaigns went smoothly. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly. There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics. We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement. Now, they are threatening legal action over services they failed to deliver—services for which they also cannot provide documentation or proof of execution. Interestingly, when our old website was still live, SEO pages were properly implemented on the back end, and we saw measurable improvements. Unfortunately, once the new site launched, those efforts disappeared, and our progress took a significant hit, as reflected in our reports. 1SEO has shown an unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings, choosing instead to argue and deny responsibility. Please stay away from 1SEO and take a moment to read the other negative reviews below—many of them are nearly identical to our experience. STOP WITH THE EXCUSES AND TAKE ACOUNTABILTY!

I started my outbound telemarketing call center selling Las Vegas vacations in 2010. By 2012 I learned that leads were everything, and everything else was nothing. In 2013 I reached out to Jared's Leads for a test file, and that's where it all began. By 2015 Jared was my number 1 lead source. But it was 2017 when Jared became unforgettable to me. He sent me a test file of leads all from the same state. The test file blew up. I asked him how many more of these leads did he have? 15 million made me smile! That's when the rather unthinkable in the lead purchasing relationship happened. I asked Jared to front me the entire database of 15 million and let me make $3,500 weekly payments. "Why would I do that, he asked?" It was an understandable question, and I imagine my answer was colorful. But guess what? Jared said "let's do it!" And that's the kind of person Jared is. I went from 2 call centers to 5, revenues increased by 40%, it was life-changing. Jared Knapp is a pillar of integrity, and you'd be hard-pressed finding anyone to tell you different.
