• CHALLENGE: Having established a successful business consultancy, the founders of Genioo wanted to expand its offerings to a SaaS project management platform. The platform needed to combine best practices with access to resources and expertise.

It developed paper and clickable prototypes to determine the main features and foundations of the minimum viable product (MVP).
