Midway through 2025 I realized we had a problem. Our current website at McGraw Realtors wasn't going to cut it. Too many bugs, not enough control over design elements, and limited ability to optimize the SEO. There were a plethora of issues contributing to the problem, but by September I knew we had to at least explore what making a change would look like. So I reached out to GLIDE! We hopped on a zoom call and landed on doing a paid discovery in the Fall of last year, just to see if partnering together could work. By the time we hit 2026, we knew that we would be able to make this project work, and our team spent the next six months working with the GLIDE team to completely redesign our website. The AI isn't a feature of the product, it is the product. If it reads a receipt wrong, everything downstream is wrong. We brought Diffco in to work on that core. Since April they've worked on our AI models, fixed security problems in the platform, and helped us build a real strategy around where AI belongs and where a conventional solution is the better call. The most important change was measurement: extraction accuracy is now a number we evaluate every change against, instead of something we judge by trying a handful of receipts. They were also honest in a way I didn't expect from an AI firm. When we assumed a problem needed a stronger model, they showed us it was in our data. That saved us time and money. They continue to support the AI side of the product, and they're easy to work with; direct, technically deep, and clear about trade-offs.
