We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I have been blown away by Ruby's Shores, Waves CMS software. I rebuilt three websites in no time at all, and have been able to decrease my workload on site maintenance. Two of the most important ways for me that DDA separates themselves is their quality of work and their accountability.We have worked together for over a year, and they are responsive, and we have been happy with the quality of work.Today we had a first: something broke on the site. This happens with other programs we have from automations, MS updates, cybersecurity etc. We have this across all our vendors.What was refreshing about DDA is they quickly fixed it, took 100% accountability, and proactively did this at no charge. I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt.The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most.One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release.What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered.One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software.My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes.After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.
