Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

The most impressive thing about Dreamsoft4u was everything got designed and developed inhouse by experienced developers. We had rough draft of wireframes but they improved it with their designing and added the elements of branding and personality. The app got launched on App Store and Play Store. Since the launch of this version of the app, we have gotten all positive feedback. Not only users are admiring the app design but we are also experiencing good amount of downloads with high user retention. Cant find any areas for improvement , they have been fantastic throughout our journey.

We started with a pleasant kick-off meeting with the account- and project manager to make sure all involved parties are on the same wavelength and inline with our vision. They provided Basecamp, JIRA, Notion, Figma as a collaboration tool for daily communication, questions and updates. Earlier we wanted to develop a planner but they advised us to go ahead with incorporating scheduling feature too which is like an icing on the cake. The product got launched before time and received pretty impressive feedback from our community. Hardly any other development companies can meet deadlines before due time and that too without compromising on quality and impacting on your pockets. Their technical team is active and goes deep into the solutions. The team possess high level of integrity and passion for quality delivery, The product they have developed is launched and we received pretty good response. We scaled our project by migrating one site at a time, learning from each process to increase productivity and optimize results. We began each migration process with a kickoff meeting and received a detailed project plan and service requirements document from Betlace. Once the work started, Betlace carefully structured the old site data and worked with my team to ensure there would be no data loss in the migration process. They spent several hours working with members of our team who are the primary clients for the CMS to fully understand their operational tasks. They created custom wordpress plugins to mimic complicated and very specific use cases for our team. Simultaneously, they used the framework of live design elements and new design templates to build the frontend. Betlace used a variety of technical capabilities to complete each build, common in web development such php, ajax, and javascript. They also converted our site feeds from json formats to XML.
