Working with Anthony (Tony) and the team at Feel Right Inc. was an incredible experience. As a startup, this was our first time building a video of this kind to support our upcoming marketing campaign, and Tony took the time to guide us and helped us understand all the production stages so we felt confident throughout the entire process. We are building Ahmi, a brand-new category of hardware product, and Anthony really took the time to understand our brand, what the product does, and our specific use cases for toddlers and infants. Because we were still in the MVP stage with our prototype, he was incredibly collaborative in figuring out how to effectively film the product. Through smart execution and creative direction, he ensured we could provide customers with an authentic, compelling view of exactly how the product functions in a real home environment. Finally, Tony was extremely open to iterating on the script and made smart adjustments to ensure the final video aligned perfectly with our startup's goals. We worked with them for almost a year. They're mainly focused on branding but we used them for PPC management. Yichen was our account manager and was the main contact for us, he did a good job of getting us started on AdWords and helped us migrate to a new ecommerce platform. We decided to start focusing on SEO and even more PPC, Movetic is focused on branding so it was time for us to part ways but if you ever need a really good digital branding agency I would recommend Movetic; the websites they build look great and their branding portfolio is impressive. The people (Yichen, Ricky, and there was another person that I don't recall the name of) were professional and very polite, and they never tried to claim they could do more than they could; they gave us realistic expectations and hit the goals we set out for them.

Extremely disappointing experience. I hired Starke Marketing to run my marketing campaigns. Over two months later, I’ve received no deliverables, no active campaigns, and no response to multiple emails or phone calls. Missed key sales periods like Memorial Day without any explanation or action. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship and request a full refund. No Refund was processed. If you value your time and business momentum, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company overpromises and severely underdelivers.
