We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Jerry swooped in and did an amazing job. Instant film was completed and sent over the night of the wedding. Ceremony film was done within the week. Amazing turnaround speed and fantastic quality. I don’t know how he does it!

Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.

The best production team I've ever worked with! Hire them if you get the chance. For context, I worked as an independent still photographer alongside Lauren, Steve, Doug, et al on a fast-paced 3-day shoot at various locations in San Francisco. Everyone had good energy and was very professional. They went out of their way to support my work, even when it got in the way of their own. This unfortunately is not always the case in this industry, which makes kaboom really stands out. The team spirit from the top made everything flow smoothly and joyfully. I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money. Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid. I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!! Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…

I was after a B2B video, but didn't want the normal cliched boring business videos. We had an idea about the kind of video we wanted to make for our brand and then we stumbled upon something very similar on the Beast London Video Production website. But it's one thing to see the video that you want and then see it come to life, tailored to your own brand. We were nervous and had to extend a huge amount of trust, but it all paid off. We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage. Very Criminal like and illegal. They ended up letting the doors open after a long day. But they are a mature group of immature business people.
