tl;dr - professional + personal = praiseworthyOur parish is part of the Diocese of Joliet restructuring plan. We were hosting a listening session where a diocesan representative would come to share information about the plan for our feedback. We wanted to livestream the session for those who couldn't attend as well as archive it to our website, so we looked for a company experienced in video productionSearching around, I found Brad at BP Video. I chose him because he was local as well as having experience producing video at a local Christian church. We had our initial meeting to walk-through and explain what we hoped to achieve, especially as this was a 1st time event for both of us. He has many ideas as though would be a challenging shoot - the speaker would be nearly fifty feet away and we'd have to shoot while remaining out of the view of the participants. Brad and his team was able to accomplish this for a very reasonable costI can't recommend Brad and his team at BP Video highly enough - in addition to their skills, they are faith-filled men. To me, this adds immeasurable value to the work they do

Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone.Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.

We had taken their services for the COP28. For the first time ever, we were planning on doing a news broadcast. It was seamless. As the project co-ordinator, I just had to ensure that each news segment reporter was ready with their script and available at the time of recording. Chris took the rest out of my plate. He worked with our photographers/Videographers to get them on the same page and then trained a few too actually. Then when it came to editing and stitching it together. I never looked into it and the next time I see is our episodes are going live daily on LinkedIn. It was a breeze working with them.
