I was initially reluctant to hire a "small town" production company with prices far more reasonable than the big city bids we received. But my expectations were exceeded in every way. The ongoing parking issue caused by employees from businesses at The Capricorn Centre is getting out of control and is severely affecting residents in our private residential estate. Workers from multiple businesses are regularly parking in our estate, making it difficult for residents to park near their own homes. Our roads are already narrow, and now, due to double parking, it is becoming even more restricted, creating major problems. Serious issues include: - Blocked footpaths, forcing pedestrians, wheelchair users, and parents with prams onto the road. - Obstructed access for emergency vehicles, putting lives at risk. - Disruptions on bin collection days, as refuse trucks struggle to get through. This week, a particularly dangerous incident occurred—a lady with a pram was forced onto the road due to blocked pavements, and a speeding vehicle almost hit her. This is completely unacceptable and could have ended in a serious accident. Businesses at The Capricorn Centre must take responsibility and stop their employees from using our residential streets as a car park. There are alternative parking options available, and this level of disregard for a residential community is simply not acceptable. Until action is taken, I strongly discourage any business from operating in a way that disrupts and endangers local residents.

BE WARE! i had a bad experience which i would like to bring to your attention. We have worked with them on a couple of projects. In the 1st project the result was decent. Looking forward we gave them the 2nd project as well, here's where things went down. It was an e-commerce edit of pillows and cushion, which after a month of work and back and forth was unsatisfactory. The images lacked finishing, sharpness and resolution. The final result also lacked consistency across majority of the images. With each round of corrections the resolution and sharpness of the images kept on decreasing. After a detailed conversation with the team we came across the fact that they made the changes on the exported images and not in the existing open-files. At the end i ended up shelling my editing budget and no images to deliver to the client. We had to re-edit all the images...All of this matter was brought to notice, and the managing partner makes a false suggestion that they would refund 50% payment from the total. They haven't yet processed the refund and when i asked for an update on the same the project manager says - "As discussed earlier, the compensation was not an official commitment from the company, but rather a suggestion from my end as your managing partner in an attempt to maintain a positive working relationship. At this stage, there is no approval from higher management regarding any compensation." If there was no approval from the firm regarding the compensation why would you go ahead and give such false statements? This is highly unprofessional conduct. I am not at all satisfied with the conduct and the work! I respect the employees and their efforts on the projects and i really donot mean to defame or make negative notions about the firm but this is just an experience which might help people understand where things can go wrong. I hope the team understands the factors affecting the results and works on it to increase the quality of work, maintaining the efficiency. Thanks.

Not only do they get the importance of the emotional connection through branding with video production, they brought extra tools and a great attitude and some subtle ideas to help make the impact needed. All while meeting the deadline and staying within my budget. The subjects being interviewed in the feature were so impressed that that sent a box of swag, and personal hand written thank you notes about the sensitivity and professionalism of the crew. A great win for my company, we will use them again!
