Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent.One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST.They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.*-------------------Additional details from our experience:Pros:-We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. tl;dr - professional + personal = praiseworthyOur parish is part of the Diocese of Joliet restructuring plan. We were hosting a listening session where a diocesan representative would come to share information about the plan for our feedback. We wanted to livestream the session for those who couldn't attend as well as archive it to our website, so we looked for a company experienced in video productionSearching around, I found Brad at BP Video. I chose him because he was local as well as having experience producing video at a local Christian church. We had our initial meeting to walk-through and explain what we hoped to achieve, especially as this was a 1st time event for both of us. He has many ideas as though would be a challenging shoot - the speaker would be nearly fifty feet away and we'd have to shoot while remaining out of the view of the participants. Brad and his team was able to accomplish this for a very reasonable costI can't recommend Brad and his team at BP Video highly enough - in addition to their skills, they are faith-filled men. To me, this adds immeasurable value to the work they do
