We used Simple Story to do a brand/explainer video for our company. They did the concept, script, and all the production. The purpose was to tell the story of how and why the company was founded and how people can use the online platform. We chose Simple Story mainly because of their value prop of "art with purpose" - we didn't want to just have a good looking video, but a good looking video that actually provided value to our site's users. The timeline was a tad longer than other agencies but that was mainly because they have more reviews of their deliverables plus focus a lot on the concept and script.

I spent well over an hour researching different VHS conversion companies. I ended up going with Concept One to convert approximately 90 VHS tapes to a digital format. I could not be happier! Nancy did a fantastic job converting each tape. She labeled each digital file with a brief description and ensured each tape converted at a high quality. A few of my tapes were troublesome, and Nancy actually experimented with different machines and equipment until those troublesome tapes converted at a high quality. I am so happy I went with Concept One. If you want your family treasures converted the right way by a reputable company, go to Concept One and ask for Nancy!

Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles. From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent. One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.
