I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. I would avoid this company at all costs if you ever hope to get your project launched.

I worked with the Wundertre team for several years and was initially happy with the output, especially when the team was smaller and more hands-on. However, this year I encountered some significant issues. Per the contract, I had the ability to adjust services as needed. When I made a few reasonable requests—requests that other marketing agencies confirmed were standard—Ryker responded that they were not possible. As a result, I requested to terminate the services. Despite the fact that the requested services were never performed, Ryker insisted I still pay 50% of the remaining contract and refused to release my domain until I did so. I found this to be unprofessional and disappointing. I’m sharing this so that others are aware of my experience. I’d hate for someone else to go through the same situation.

One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone.
