Exceptional Team. This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you. I recommend Black Ops Agency. Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles. From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent. One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. I worked with the Wundertre team for several years and was initially happy with the output, especially when the team was smaller and more hands-on. However, this year I encountered some significant issues. Per the contract, I had the ability to adjust services as needed. When I made a few reasonable requests—requests that other marketing agencies confirmed were standard—Ryker responded that they were not possible. As a result, I requested to terminate the services. Despite the fact that the requested services were never performed, Ryker insisted I still pay 50% of the remaining contract and refused to release my domain until I did so. I found this to be unprofessional and disappointing. I’m sharing this so that others are aware of my experience. I’d hate for someone else to go through the same situation.

I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API.
