Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis. I looked into different solutions for Analytics & dashboards for our organization to help senior leadership make informed decisions based on dispersed data we harness in various systems.Being a Microsoft shop, narrowed the choice down to Power BI as a tool to design key dashboards. After talking to different vendors to assist us with this project, we decided to work with Whitecap.It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards.Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables.Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance.Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required.I would highly recommend Whitecap!

For the past 20 years, our company has been honored to help some of the world's best firms restructure sales and marketing divisions.We had engaged Alliance Interactive to redesign a 200-page website with functionality improvements; the scope of work was massive.At the time, our website ranked well and with sufficient conversion rates, but it needed to be modernized.However, it was imperative that conversion rate, branding and search engine results be maintained.Therefore, we began looking for digital marketing companies to assist with a complete redesign.For context, we budgeted about $35,000 for the website redesign and overhaul project. Therefore, we had many digital marketing firms to choose from.After interviewing about a dozen, we ended up choosing Alliance Interactive. They blew away expectations.Our project manager was extremely smart and innovative. He learned our business advantages very quickly and made great suggestions.
