Solar on steroids has been working with the Assisted team for about a year now on a collaborative project. We were invited to quote for a project that we didn't have the capacity and resources to fulfil ourselves and therefore, went out to market to find a provider on behalf of the client. We spoke to 5-6 different full service agencies and Assisted stood head and shoulders above the rest. Kate was super helpful during the sales & scoping stage, helping us with many many different amendments, tweaks and patiently putting up with some delays and unforeseen circumstances. Once the project began, we had Lorna as our account manager and all round organisational superstar. Nothing goes unchecked, actions always provided, team coordinated, communications streamlined. Its just a super slick operation and when making the introduction to our client, we were confident that they were in good hands. The project has had a pretty extensive scope that is now being expanded even further, due to the great results. We've had great support from Sam, Danica, Tierney & Craig on the SEO, Content & Digital PR side. Super knowledgable, friendly and responsive. Coming up with really good ideas and always more than happy to chip in to help, even when things come up that are outside of their remit. Matt squared (Matt C & Matt B) have been smashing it on the paid media side, Google & Bing Ads particularly. Row is Assisted's LinkedIn superstar, running paid media and guiding us on organic for the platform. Nicks also been great, chipping into strategy and helping us coordinate the scope for the wider company. All this is great but it would just be fluff without results. Overall, Assisted have generated a pipeline of £59m over about 6 months for our client. A significant amount of which has already closed. The client is very happy with the progress and having not invested in digital marketing to this extent before, has been impressed with how quickly things have picked up. They've done all this while building great relationships, being super pleasant and reliable to work with throughout both as a company and as individuals. Its no wonder that the client is looking to have them 'assist' with two other branches of the business. Looking forward to working together even more in the future!

One of the biggest challenges a business will have with building a website and getting it live will be around the subject of communicating what is required and having the certainty that it'll be delivered to what's wanted. Liam from Refreshing Media understood and helped us through every step of the way and completed a site that was inline with with our brand, values and quality. 12 months on and we've changed our model and require amendments to the website to reflect. Refreshing Media have once again understood the scope of works - so much so that we've had a meeting, discussed the alterations and we'll now leave Liam to it with the knowledge that when its completed (other than a few snags) it'll be what we want. The other element to consider when choosing a web developer is the level of service at hosting. For example how long does it take to make changes? This is both the easiest and most challenging five star review I’ve given. It’s easy because of how Adam has exceeded our expectations, but challenging because I may not be able to adequately express how much and how Adam has exceeded them. I’ve become rather passionate about our new business venture. It’s an unusual business that’s for sure. And I even question myself and just how obsessed and passionate I am about it. For this reason I didn’t expect to find anyone who could overtake my enthusiasm for it. But then along came Adam… The attention to detail Adam has shown is staggering. Adam has immersed himself into our crazy little world and produced a website that is filled with such thoughtful and imaginative details. I have in the past thought of myself as a creative when it comes to the things I’m interested in, but Adam has somehow made me feel inadequate as he has created the perfect flow of wording and imagery far beyond what my obsessed brain is capable of. Adam created close to perfection out of the gate with very little in the way of direction. Edits were made of course, but much, much less than I thought there would be! Then if that wasn’t good enough, he has absolutely blown me away over and over again with every new page added to the website. Adam is showing no signs of stopping or slowing down either! Adam is very deserving of this flattery and I of course recommend him highly. My biggest fear is anyone stealing him away from us! I want to keep him forever! I know, it sounds like I’m in love. My partner suggested the bromance may be a little strong from my side. She’s just jealous he satisfies me and he’s not even in the same town! Haha Look no further for the ultimate website designer!
