Jeff has designed two websites for me in the last 10 years. He takes time to explain all of the different facts and choices for each part of the design. He has useful ideas and listens to the wants of the client at every juncture. Jeff will also tell you when he thinks something else might work better. He has handled my web hosting and created HIPAA compliant forms for my business. My site is very user friendly and much liked by my clientele. When I need something changed or added he gets back to me within the hour and gets it accomplished almost immediately. His rates are reasonable and he is very personable as well. Jeff is comfortable managing and assisting the non-technological like me. I appreciate him and his quality work. That allows me to focus on the job I do best since he masterfully handles the job I like least!

Our small business worked with Scott and the Buddy Team on a huge rebranding project including logo redesign, website upgrade and a full product line of labels. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend. Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
