He created 100% of the text which blew me away. I tweaked a few words here and there but minor changes. The layout is unbelievable. The way the pages link to each other is amazing. And every detail on my new site is exactly what Google is looking for - which took me from 3rd & 4th page in a search - to front page, already!Additionally, he helped me get off my former email platform I've been cussing at for years and got me moved over to a Google Workspace account, so I'm now working in this century. A minor learning curve but I love it already.Another big ticket item for me - is showing up in the Google "map pack," the Business Listings. I was not visible at all, after 10 months. He has worked his magic in the background to sync to my website and advised me on a few homework items I need to do, to help myself rank better. This is HUGE. I'm now visible and my ranking will improve as I do my part on the front end and he continues to do his thing behind the scenes.A few years ago I researched many web designer/SEO professionals and they were all priced much higher and would never have given me this kind of service. We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.

January 2020 Confianz took over the maintenance of our Odoo ERP system from our previous Odoo partner. Anoop put together a dedicated team who analysed our system and worked with us on a plan of improvements and upgrade of the whole platform.Our platform had been heavily customised over the years. Unfortunately lot of the custom code and apps had not been properly documented nor followed Odoo's best development practice, causing random issues and an unstable platform.The Confianz team removed poorly developed apps and website, and replaced customisation with new code following Odoo's development methodology.The result is a very stable and robust system.It is great working with them. We don’t have an inhouse development team, so we have worked with Confianz using dedicated fulltime resources. It is same as having your own highly experienced IT team with extremely good understanding of the whole Odoo platform.All work is well managed with weekly review meetings, where the team reviews progress and demonstrates work in progress. This is very useful setup because it enables direct communication with the development team and identifies quickly any gaps in requirements and the solution.I highly recommend Confianz. The development team is highly experienced and clever bunch. They will tell you if you are asking for customised features that can be achieved using core functionality instead. They will not lead you down a wrong path just because you think it is the way to go.The President of the company, Anoop, is truly exceptional character and honourable man. He has built a company with great team which you can trust.

Confianz was selected to be VS America’s ERP implementation partner in 2018 after they had successfully completed a custom application to improve our internal document processing.
