Totally disappointed and misguided as a new entrepreneur in the industry by a team of experts. Over $30k spent and no results and was told to do SEO straight away even though my product was not ready. My business mentor contacted them and they had nothing to say apart from if we resign a contract we would get 2 months free after spending so much. No refund and no return and no response. It's been over a year and they stopped replying to our communication. My employers global company tried Pure SEO via Pure SEO sales and account manager Craig in 2017, we spent many thousands of dollars and while our IT and Sales/Marketing teams were required to provide a significant amount of resource input which was expected, it was disappointing that after a year, we had experienced no increase in sales conversions compared to our previous inhouse SEO, just more traffic that we paid for. Sure, our online sales funnel could perhaps have been to improved - maybe?!? But surely with this amount of money some form of recommendation to improve our website sales funnel should have been made... but zip. I cannot recommend at all based on our experience.

After nearly three months of testing and $8,729 spent, StackAdapt delivered the worst performance we’ve seen on any platform. We ultimately discontinued our ads as they were losing money.Other mainstream platforms like Google and Facebook can be tested with a lower budget and consistently produce better results, making them a far smarter investment.Overall, very disappointed with StackAdapt. Their high fixed testing fees, underwhelming performance, and lack of clear expectations make it difficult to justify. There are more effective alternatives out there. Would not recommend.

Once you're onboarded they ignore you. We partnered with TripleLift back in August 2023 and have earnings since then that have not been paid out. We have contacted them numerous times but their support email, the "publisher operations team", and even the sales manger that onboarded us have not replied or responded. After reading other reviews here this seems to be their MO: ignore their publishers. We've turned them off in our bid stack hoping maybe that would get their attention but still nothing. It's looking more and more like we're either going to have to eat the earnings or take them to court.

I am a blogger that Triplelift reached out to work with. We had issues with the coding affecting my blog, so TL removed the coding. Later on, Triplelift started publishing spam posts on my blog without my permission. I had a reader reach out to me and say that a spam post was showing up in their feed every day from my site. I removed all TL access after that. I contacted TL MONTHS AGO for help and to ask why this happened. No one has given me a response as to why this happened or why TL kept posting spam posts to my site. Would not recommend if you are a blogger or need efficient customer service of any sort.

I ran a small campaign for a couple of days and according to Google Analytics the bounce from their traffic was 94%.I am showing a screenshot of the traffic sources. I have never heard of most of them -They have 717 publishers, if you're going to roll the dice with this company, do yourself a favor and go through them all and turn off the ones you do not want.The software tells you a lot but really gives you nothing. You can not see what your ad looks like. This company seems to be smoke and mirrors. Lots metaphors and industry jargon that produces zero!
