We began our relationship with The Marketing Machine several years ago when we hired them to design a completely new brand for our Charlotte, NC based real estate company. We quickly fell in love with Paul's creative direction and Ashley's project management and since this initial branding project, have hired them for 4 addiitonal sub brands plus various other smaller projects. Our latest project was a new custom website, pulling all of the brand details together and raising our image exponentially! We went on their trial 'test drive' and despite promises of increasing revenue etc we ended up losing significant money overall (eg spent £1k total on a month and received ~£120 in direct sales). I suggested we might continue for an extra month to see if things might pick up but they refused and wanted us to sign up for a longer contract which as you can imagine based on results we did not go with. Very disappointing results sadly and I'm glad we got to 'test drive' it before committing further and losing more money.

We spent a lot of money for what was supposed to be a staffed "event". A representative from the company did show as promised however, we did not receive one appointment or any confirmation from Force they had even set an appointment. They did make phone calls but like I said, no appointments. We had 2 customers come in that they contacted. They should refund a large portion of the money they were paid.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my 25 years in the professional voice-over and broadcasting industry. To this day in 2016, this company still owes me $700 for services I provided to them in 2009 and they in turn provided to their clients, who aired the commercials I had produced, were totally satisfied with my work and paid Force Marketing in full for my services. I have maintained professional relationships with hundreds of marketing companies, auto dealers, casinos, broadcasting organizations, and many others, yet I ended my relationship with this deceitful organization just three months in. Stay away, they can clearly scam you as well.
