Working with this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. We ordered new content for one of our Amazon listings and paid over $1,000 upfront. When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund. At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. We declined, and I am now sharing my experience. I would be very cautious about trusting these 5-star reviews on Google because the service they provided was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not recommend. They have your cc on file so if you have any questions or inquiries they'll just claim they did some 'looking into it' and then charge whatever they feel like without your authorization. I have emailed the manager months ago about this and no response. $700 in charges yet nothing fixed. Next up I'll be taking up with my cc company about these fraudelent charges. Screenshots of their emails advising how much their services cost and then proceeded to charge my cc on file. The emails made it seem as though I had to click on the invoice to pay which I did not do as I thought the costs were too high but they charged me anyway. I emailed a complaint in early June and still no response. They'll only respond if taking your money. Very unprofessional.

In my 11th year of running my online business, I've worked with a quite a lot of designers and digital marketers. I needed to design a specific type of packaging that was way beyond my wheelhouse (and rather than deal with my own designers' lack of experience, I just took ePac Flexible's recommendation to work with Olga at Analytix). When I first emailed Olga, I was expecting to be forced to wait a few days to get paid attention to, and then told it would take weeks to get in the customer queue, and then finally charged a nauseating amount of money. She exceeded my expectations in every interaction and I'm thrilled with what I've gotten. PRICING: Analytix' pricing is super reasonable (especially based on what I've forked over in the past), but more importantly, the quality and value are there and that beyond justifies the cost. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they raise their prices. COMMUNICATION SKILLS / SCHEDULING: Olga's communication skills are on point. She's a total A Player. She took the reigns with coordinating with my publisher and package manufacturer, which was a relief because of how crazy busy I was. She always scheduled the next meeting before we wrapped up the current meeting. She sent doc's to review in advance so we could all be prepared. There were no delays (other than the one I caused because of my own inexperience with the world of physical packaging). She finished my project on time and she was so accommodating and hard-working with the revision issues (again, due to my error) so I could launch on schedule. DELIVERABLE ASSETS: The products that Olga designed are fabulous. I am incredibly proud to show them off. Everyone who has seen the hard-copy proofs is blown away. She nailed the aesthetic, which was amazing because in the past with other designers, I have had to fill out extensive questionnaires and share my brand values blah blah blah... Olga just got it. And I realize now that I didn't even ask to see her portfolio before we started. 😂 On top of that, she made so many good design choices that are translating amazingly into reality. In short, 6 out of 5, I would definitely recommend.

Where do I start. First this is a terrible experience and if you need marketing stuff done don’t use them. I should have done my research. They are selling marketing to people saying they can get results. How can they get results if their authority score for their own website is 23 which is crazy low. So they are selling SEO and marketing services and can’t seem to do it for themselves. Also they said they where doing SEO for our website but there was no technical SEO done there was no meta descriptions or anything done so my money was taken when no work was performed. To help clarify this is what an authority ranking is “In the context of SEO and Google ranking, authority refers to a website's perceived trustworthiness and expertise on a specific topic, which influences its ability to rank highly in search engine results. It's a measure of how reliable and authoritative a website is considered to be by search engines like Google” Now I’m out thousands of dollars which makes me feel like we were robbed of money. If you are a business owner please do your research and don't get roped into a company selling stuff that’s not true.

We hired ROI as our digital marketing company to manage our website, social media and work on branding. ROI has totally revamped our Foundation's website and social media. I cannot speak highly enough of Zack, Amber, Kayla, Alfonso and their team members. I love how easy it is to schedule meetings. I also love the video links that Alfonso has me when we are working on doing any updates to the website. I get that visual and am able to hear him explain things or ask me questions. I love being able to communicate my feedback by being able to leave notes & pictures and use the approval links. Same with the monthly social media post approvals. I love that I can just click on the link and give that immediate feedback. The team always has fast turnaround when I request changes. I appreciate the creativity and professional look of everything. Our website is night and day since ROI took over, and they continue to exceed expectations as we expand and add content. Our email lists were a disaster and ROI also helped us create a professional mailing list that has improved communication with our supporters. I want to also touch on how kind and professional everyone I worked with has been. I would highly recommend ROI and we are lucky to have them!

Amber and Zack are incredibly detailed with an endless wealth of knowledge.
